Our Opinion

Budget-wise, the Agaro Imperial cold press juicer is the most economical.

The Kuvings B1700 is the most expensive. Besides, accessories like sorbet and smoothie strainers are unavailable with the package. You must buy them separately.

The Hestia Nutri-Max delivers an excellent juicing performance, but the Kuvings B1700 is better. Secondly, Hestia’s customer service is not up to the mark.

Performance-wise, the Kuvings B1700 is the best of the three. Besides, it offers the highest warranty, making the appliance cost-effective. However, much depends on the individual’s preferences, usage patterns, and budget.

Let us compare these top-quality juicers by discussing their features and performance.

Appearance

Kuvings B1700 has one of the most attractive designs among cold press juicers. The B1700 won the Good Design Award in 2020. It is available in three color combinations, Red, Phantom Black, and Dark Silver.

Hestia Nutri-Max has an updated design with the widest feeding tube and the biggest juice bowl among the three models on display.

The Agaro Imperial cold press juicer has a compact design with a 100% BPA-free plastic body. It is available in two colors, grey and black.

Appearance-wise, all these models are equal. So, it boils down to individual preferences.

Accessories

Kuvings B1700 offers additional accessories like smoothie strainer and sorbet strainer, but they are available separately. Its blades are made of high-quality ULTEM, the same materials used in manufacturing spacecraft parts.

Hestia Nurti-Max offers three strainers: a juice strainer (fine), a smoothie strainer (coarse), and a frozen fruit strainer. This appliance has the tallest auger among the three appliances discussed here. It helps in maximum juice extraction.

Hestia Nutri Max Cold Press Juicer

The Agaro Imperial cold press juicer has a sturdy design with an ABS plastic body, a BPA-free container, and strainers. Compared to Kuvings and Hestia models, Agaro has the smallest feeder tube.

Performance

The Kuvings B1700 uses patented JMCS technology that promises 40% more juice than other juicers. We have tested this juicer and found that it extracts more juice than the Hestia and Agaro models. The Kuvings B1700 is the most versatile of the three models discussed here.

The Kuvings B1700 has a powerful 240W AC motor that performs flawless juicing. The large feeder tube allows for inserting entire fruits. But we advise cutting the fruits into three or four pieces to ensure better juice extraction. It also allows you to check whether the fruits are contaminated with insects.

The Hestia Nutri-Max is excellent for extracting juices from fresh fruits and vegetables because of its slow masticating speed. While this juicer is best for preparing sorbets and smoothies, Juicing Green leafy vegetables is not that good. The Hestia has the best pulp extraction performance because the pulp came out the driest compared to the other models under review.

Hestia

This juicer has an extra-long feeder tube to ensure 100% juicing. We have tried extracting carrot and beetroot juice using this appliance. The results were excellent. Still, I recommend removing citrus fruit seeds before extracting juice from oranges, sweet limes, and other citrus fruits.

The Agaro Imperial cold press juicer extracts juice from pulpy fruits and vegetables. This machine is not ideal for leafy greens because the strands get entangled in the auger. However, this appliance has a unique reverse rotation function that allows removing clogged pulp and enhances its overall performance.

Performance-wise, the Kuvings B1700 seems the best device because it handles leafy green vegetables better than the Hestia and Agaro models. But the fruit juicing performances of all three cold press juicers are comparable.

Cleaning

All three cold press juicers offer cleaning tools. After pouring water through the feeder tube, you can run the machine for two minutes. It helps remove the sticky pulp from the auger and the container. You can disassemble the machine and clean the individual parts separately in the kitchen sink.

Cleaning a slow juicer

Cleaning-wise, these cold press juicers are equal in all respects.

Here are the pros and cons of the three machines before deciding on which is the best cold press juicer.
