The Inalsa Inox 1000 is a decent performer because it admirably performs most kitchen activities. For example, we have tried grinding challenging ingredients like urad dal for idli batter. This machine can work continuously for 15 to 16 minutes without heating. Similarly, it delivers an optimal dry grinding performance. The juicer is satisfactory and could have been better.
Usha FP 3811 is a true all-rounder (in the cricketing sense) because it is a reliable performer and delivers the goods whenever needed. Though the wet grinding performance might not be the best, it is still good enough to grind idli batter for small families. The Usha FP 3811 is best when dry-grinding challenging ingredients like turmeric, pepper, etc.
